Storage and processing
Form submissions are stored securely with our cloud hosting provider, which may process data outside Canada. Access is limited to staff who need it to respond to you.
After a request is saved, your browser also sends a copy to our central lead system at aleads.co to help us manage service enquiries. This copy includes the submitted details, the page address, and applicable service or area identifiers. The receiving system can use the browser connection to determine your IP address and approximate location.
Cookies and analytics
If enabled, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand site usage. These analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent by clearing your browser storage.
